Coffee is good

I just nearly died in my english class because I decided I didn't need coffee this morning. A mistake I hopefully will never commit again. Jen wants me to post about my dinner last night. I boiled yams then mashed them all up then put cheese on them and cooked them a little to make the cheese all soft and gooey and when I left to go sit in the living room and study while eating I put a dishtowel over them so Spike wouldn't get into them. So anyhoo, I come back to add my dirty dish to the pile around my sink and what is the little gremlin doing? He's sitting ontop of the dishtowel, mushing the cheese into the towel and upon further inspection, yams are oozing over the side of the dish to make way for his little kitten gremlin weight. I was so mad at him! He knew it and dashed ontop of the cupboards, the only spot I can't get him. He was up there for awhile. Gremlin. And funny enough, I realized I've been going about school all wrong. Don't expect good grades, like A's, cause then if you get a B, you get really upset; expect really bad grades like C's and then when you get an A, you are completely hysterical! (I keep on confirming my dork status, ala-Lisa, Florence, and I getting our group paper back and after weeks of complaining bitterly about it, with tension growing, flip to the back page where we see an 'a minus' written on it, and we all scream at the same time and start hugging, note this is while the rest of the class is still in attendence looking at their papers.) So yeah, finally some good stuff. Now I feel better about my stupid b midterm in english and I feel more confident about going and seeing the prof about it and improving my writing or what have you. Well, class starts soon so I should mosey on down. The homework assignment was brutual, but I did all the forumlas right, whether or not I came up with the right answer is another thing (this is stats). Here I go. Leone.

Crappity crap-crap

well, what a fun day. The h-drives are down! That means I cannot access any of my work on the school computers! Wonderful! I have a lab due by the end of today but hey, whatever! Nor can I go over my power point presentation for class tomorrow, nor can I work on anything cause I can't save it anyways. Okay, and I know some people may consider a B+ okay, and normally I would too, but when it's your favorite class and you think you did so well and 13 people in the class got A's and blah blah blah, well then a b+ sucks monkey. Seriously, bad day. And now, rather loud flippant girl is sitting across from me, being all flippant and loud. Quickly, toss you hair some more! See, now I'm all hyper critical and demeaning in my bad mood. I'm sure she's nice. (it doesn't help that she's wearing green) Well, maybe I'll go.... read some stuff or something. Oh yeah and Adrienne, I was repeating your '15 and legal' statement at the airport story to some friends and my friend, Joyce, totally agrees with you about Daniel Radcliffe. Adreneline Junkie

That likely isn't spelled correctly, but eh. True through, I crave the rapid heartbeat, the twittering of fingers, the heightened senses, the rush! And just to let you know, yeah yeah, sure it's because I've been put on a puffer, but hey, that's kinda like sky diving or bungee jumping or such right? Seriously right now, I can't really sit still and my chair is kinda squeaky so I think I may be annoying other people. Eh. So in the midst of a 6 week midterm/paper fiasco in my classes. This is the week of two midterms, last week was a paper, the week before that was a midterm, and I have a midterm every week for the next two weeks so it's bonkers! I still seem to have enough time to watch the simpsons though. I've got season 1 on DVD, borrowed it from my landpeople. Did everyone know I bought a DVD player? It's a joy. (I feel so sad, nobody is sitting by me, I think it's the twitch) So Spike is all good from his surgery, he doesn't get to eat people food anymore which he is finding very upsetting and is constantly jumping up on the counters so I actually have to put food away now when I'm done with it. He loves the fireplace (as do I) the only problem is when it turns on at night, casting the living room in light for him to knock things off the desk and bookshelf.
My place is really coming along now thanks to the help of lots of lovely people. I just moved my computer from the kitchen table to an actual desk so there is a place to eat now at my place, oh so exciting! Heading back to Vernon on the 16th of December with Jen, though I don't know how long I'll be there for. I do have plans to kidnap Jolene for the holidays . Well, I suppose I should go study or something of the like. I'm very excited to see Sheena's blog! Talk to you later! Leone

Dammit

Goodness sake it's snowing! How horrible! I had to walk today as I lacked change and last time the bus did not accept visa, but it was a good thing because University hill was backed up all the way to the lights! It was wretched, I am suprised there were not more rear endings and in the ditch cars (though there were alot of ditched cars) but one car would stall or something and because one lane was all the ditched cars, all the other cars would be stuck behind the stalled cars, causing all a complete standstill, then finally the one car would go, but three others would not be able to start up again. The bus was completely stranded. I think it eventually got up the hill though. And I enjoyed the walk, only took me an hour. I would have left sooner but I did not know that it was snowing till I went out to take the garbage out. It was scary and I had to phone my dad. Despite my pleads he would not come here and drive me to school. Oh well. I should go, I have a midterm in a bit. That weird kid is beside me again. Gosh he is strange. Well, I should go get myself some hot chocoo and than write some stuff about Blake. I'm writing about the presense of nature in Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice which makes me very happy. Oh my.....

so I wanted to create a link to other people's blogs on my blog right, but I figured I should ask permission first and everything, so I wrote it all in but instead of blogspot I just put blogpot cause I figured if someone clicked on it there would just be an error or something right? And I'm having trouble with Jen's blog title connecting onto ancient archives so I'm fooling around and I click on Jen's blog connection thingie and all of a sudden I'm taken to abundant bibles webpage! Holy crap! So then I go back and it circle zooms me back to my webpage, and I click on Jim's and it does it again! Bonkers I tell you! Bonkers! so anyhoo, funny as sin. And I'm not actually trying to make religious comments but I just read over then and realize I say those things a lot and in this theme of post it's kinda funny. Anyhoo, isn't that just crazy? Hm. Can anyone explain to me why that happens? Craziness I tell you! Craziness. Tsk Tsk.

Sigh Oh well, what a day. Just to note, see the time of this post? 8am in the morn! I've been up since 6! What is wrong with this? And you know what the scary thing is? It wasn't hard at all to get up! I'm turning into a morning person!!!!! Oh yeah, and yesterday, the two that from now on shall be called GIATS (grossly in-appropriate tounge suckers) were taking up the entire back row of seats on the bus! ack! Well, I should go hand in an excerise, study for my midterm, take my midterm, work (RA, not crappy greasy job which I don't have anymore), finish editing group paper, then sleeping and waking bright and early tomorrow to be sure! Why? Cause I'm a morning person! Whoohoo! Oh yeah, took Spike into the vet this morning and when he realized what I was doing, started hissing at me! Then when we got there, he hissed at the vet. I think he has some anti social tendencies. Well, hm. Good moo to bears! Is it snowing yet? I think I'm going to be Betty Page today.

Yeah, so a little bit of fiddling with the templates and look what I did! Those dragons weren't here just awhile ago! Ah hahahahahhaha!!!!! This is too much fun. Wonder what else I can do. Okay, now I really do have to go write some words. Seriously now, no more playing.

Hmm............. what else can work here. I was so mad, on my previous post I did all these tags and endtags and p and font and such. Useless I tell you, useless.
Anyhoo, I'm trying to see if I can put photos and such in posts....Hm...... Wonder if that worked. Incase it didn't I suppose I should put something interesting in the post. Um.... I have a bunion or something on the bottom of my right foot.

Okay, so we are going to try this again. I have completely deleted the first blog, but it isn't going away. Here is the one I wrote overtop of it, that would not show up.
Okay dokey, figuring things out alittle here. Just got my fave quote off to the side there for everyone to enjoy. (and by everyone, I mean not very many, as.... oh, two people (myself included) know about this blog?) So here it is, my first 'official' post to commemorate my half assed entry into this wonderful thingie we call the internet. New today, nothing much. Spike is at the vets for his big operation, I actually did my dishes last night before I went to bed, and I should really be working on my social psychology paper right now. Well, must go fool around some more and see if I can change this background and recruite some unsuspecting members. It's like a cult. And that makes me happy. So now my background is this crappy dot formula, very.... polka dot door-esque. Hope it's something different soon. Must stop babbling.
so.... let's hope this works, my patience and humour are waning.
